After years in the C-suite — including serving as CEO of Lysi Bishop Real Estate and being recognized as CEO of Influence in 2023 — Jody knows firsthand what it costs to lead at a high level without the right support, systems, or strategy in place. That experience became her fuel.
Today, through her company JodyLeadz, she works with women in leadership who are already successful — but ready for more clarity, more energy, and more alignment. Through coaching, group programs, retreats, and her signature frameworks, she helps leaders stop running on empty and start leading with intention.
